I am a PhD Candidate in Developmental Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, working within the CRECE Lab. My research is driven by a fundamental question: How can animation be a tool for children’s learning and development?

By combining my background in developmental science with storytelling, I investigate how media sparks the parent-child conversations that help children navigate complex concepts.
